Filling of a vacant Refuse Truck Driver position.

  1. The Municipality of Geroskipou is accepting applications for the filling of the vacant Refuse Truck Driver position.

 

  1. The approved salary scale for the position is E7-8.

 

  1. The duties, responsibilities and required qualifications of the driver are set out in the job framework.

 

  1. Interested parties may obtain the application form from the Central Registry of the Municipality of Geroskipou on the ground floor of the Municipal Hall, Geroskipou Square, 8210 Geroskipou, P.O. Box 63015, during working days and hours, or from the Municipality’s website here.
  2. Applications must be submitted fully completed and signed to the Municipality’s Central Registry, in a sealed envelope marked with the phrase “Application for the filling of the vacant Refuse Truck Driver position”, no later than Friday 02/05/2025 at 14.00.

INVITATION TO TENDER No. 49/2023
“PROCUREMENT OF SERVICES OF A SCIENTIFIC ASSOCIATE FOR THE M.P.T.”

The Municipality of Geroskipou invites expressions of interest for the procurement of the services of specialised scientific personnel – a Scientific Associate under a contract for services, in order to staff the Geroskipou Municipal Prevention Team (M.P.T.).
The professional will work flexible weekly hours totalling 20 working hours, depending on the needs that arise.
The qualifications required of the professional for this Contract are:
1. A Higher Education Degree in Psychology or Social Work
2. Registration with the Register of Registered Psychologists or with the Register of the Council for the Registration of Social Work Professionals of Cyprus
3. A valid Licence to Practise the Profession
4. Proven experience of 3 years relevant to prevention, substance dependence and community work
