The Citizen Service Office serves as the first point of contact between citizens and the Municipality’s services, aiming to provide immediate, efficient, and high-quality service to residents.
Responsibilities
- Provides information to citizens regarding services, procedures, and obligations
- Receives applications and processes the issuance of certificates and official documents
- Receives and manages complaints, requests, and suggestions
- Liaises with relevant departments to review and resolve various cases
- Assists in improving communication between the Municipality and citizens
- Improves transparency, speed, and quality of municipal services
