The Citizen Service Office serves as the first point of contact between citizens and the Municipality’s services, aiming to provide immediate, efficient, and high-quality service to residents.

Responsibilities

  • Provides information to citizens regarding services, procedures, and obligations
  • Receives applications and processes the issuance of certificates and official documents
  • Receives and manages complaints, requests, and suggestions
  • Liaises with relevant departments to review and resolve various cases
  • Assists in improving communication between the Municipality and citizens
  • Improves transparency, speed, and quality of municipal services
