On 3 July 2026, at the Geroskipou Municipal Hall, agreements were signed for the upgrade of parks in the municipal districts of Konia and Acheleia.

The first agreement was concluded with the company MMV Progress Ltd and concerns the supply and installation of new play equipment, as well as poured safety flooring, at the park on Thiseos Street in Konia, for the amount of €32,395 plus VAT.

The second agreement was concluded with the company Excelo Ltd and concerns the supply and installation of new play equipment, safety flooring from a synthetic grass system, as well as improvement works to an existing pitch, at the central park of Acheleia, for the amount of €36,840 plus VAT.

The duration of the upgrade works is set at three (3) months from the signing of the agreements.
