The Paphos District Self-Government Organisation (Paphos DSGO) informs the public that, in order to serve it better, from 1 July 2024 three (3) Service Centres will operate in our District:
1. Paphos Municipality and East Paphos Municipality area, at the Citizen Service Centre (CSC) of Paphos Municipality at 1 Michail Savva Street, Paphos (next to the Stelios Kyriakides Stadium), on telephone 26 818276

2. Polis Chrysochous Municipality area, from the offices of Polis Chrysochous Municipality at 25th March Street, on telephone 26 930220, and

3. Akamas Municipality area, from the offices of Akamas Municipality, Vrysi ton Pegeiotisson Square, on telephone 26 621113.

For any information regarding the responsibilities and operation of Paphos DSGO, you may contact telephone 26 818276.

• Sewerage
For sewerage matters, you may contact the central offices at Charalambou Mouskou Street, corner of Korytsas Street, on telephone 26 818202.
In the event of a fault or emergency within the boundaries of the former Paphos Sewerage Board, you may contact telephone 7777 7343.

• Water supply
For water supply matters, you may contact telephone 26 818276.
Note: For water supply payment matters concerning the period up to and including 30 June 2024, please contact the Local Authorities that issued the corresponding invoices.

• Licensing
From 1/7/2024 planning and building applications are submitted exclusively online through the «Ippodamos» System, around the clock.
The Management of the Paphos District Self-Government Organisation (Paphos DSGO) informs the public that, in order to serve it better, from 1 July 2024 it will be able to be contacted on the following matters:
– Planning Permission on telephone 26 443100, between the hours of 08:30 – 14:30, and
– Building Permission on telephone 26 949100, between the hours of 08:30 – 14:30.
A meeting with the staff of the Licensing Directorate can be arranged if deemed absolutely necessary and provided that it concerns a matter related to the responsibilities of the Licensing Directorate.
We ask the public to arrange their meetings in accordance with the above instructions to ensure timely and effective service.

We ask for the public’s understanding regarding problems that may arise in the initial stages of the operation of Paphos DSGO. Our goal is the prompt and quality service of the public throughout our entire District.
