Free training programmes from the Deputy Ministry of Tourism.
With the aim of upgrading the quality of the services provided in the tourism sector, the Deputy Ministry of Tourism, following an open tender, signed six contracts with two educational organisations for the procurement of services to organise and deliver short training programmes in tourism.
The training programmes will run from September to December 2024, will each last three hours, and will cover all districts across Cyprus, both in towns and in various communities. The programmes will be delivered by approved trainers and will be offered free of charge, as the cost of organising them is fully covered by the Deputy Ministry of Tourism. The programmes will cover a broad range of topics and are aimed both at professionals already working in the tourism sector and at anyone wishing to acquire knowledge and skills in tourism matters. The training programmes will be offered in all districts, both within and outside urban centres, in morning and afternoon hours, in Greek or English, depending on the participants.
For the training programmes in the town and district of Larnaca, Paphos and Famagusta, the Deputy Ministry of Tourism signed contracts with the company CHR.K.SAVERIADES LIMITED. Interested parties can find all the information about the programmes, as well as the application forms, here.
