REQUEST FOR TENDERS No.26/2026 Clearing of plots, embankments and other parcels of land
- The Ierokipia Municipality invites tenders for the clearing of plots, embankments, fields or other parcels of land using an agricultural tractor fitted with a special machine for shredding grass and small-sized prunings.
- Tenders must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked on the outside «TENDER No.26/2026 FOR CLEARING OF PLOTS» and placed in the Municipality’s tender box no later than 1:00 p.m. on Monday, 23 March 2026.
- In addition to the price they set for each plot, tenderers must carry out the clearing of one plot to the satisfaction of the competent Officers of the Ierokipia Municipality, so as to demonstrate the efficiency and effectiveness of their machine.
- The price set in the tender shall also include the clearing of the embankments around the plots as well as the shredding of a small quantity of prunings that may be found within the plots.
- The tender shall be submitted on the tender submission form provided by the Municipality and be accompanied by all necessary documents.
