“FOR CLEANING THE MUNICIPAL BEACH WITH A ROCK COLLECTOR”
1. The Municipality of Geroskipou invites tenders for the hire of a rock collector with its
operator for 90 hours ( ± 20%) to clean Geroskipou Municipal Beach
of scattered pebbles ranging from 1 cm to 20 cm in diameter.
2. The estimated budget for the Contract amounts to nine thousand euros (9,000
Euros) excluding VAT.
3. The machine may be either self-propelled or transportable and must be of high
horsepower (140 HP to 200 HP).
4. The duration for carrying out the subject of the Contract is set at a period of 45 days
from the date the contract is signed, and in three phases.
5. Tenders must be submitted in a sealed envelope, addressed to the
Mayor of Geroskipou, and placed in the Municipality’s Tender Box
(entrance of the Municipal Hall, Geroskipou Square, 8210 Paphos) no later than
Friday 9 April 2021 at 12:00. The envelope must bear the
phrase “TENDER 14/2021 FOR CLEANING THE MUNICIPAL BEACH
WITH A ROCK COLLECTOR”.

The Municipality of Geroskipou is accepting expressions of interest for the procurement of cashier-cleaner services at Geroskipou Municipal Beach.

Interested parties may obtain the terms of the tender from the Municipality’s Records Office during working hours or from the Municipality’s website www.geroskipou.org.cy

Tenders must fully comply with the terms set out in the Tender Documents.

Tenders must be sealed and deposited in the tender box of the Municipality of Geroskipou by Friday 16 April 2021 at 12:00 noon.

Procurement of the Services of a Specialist Coordinator for the operation of the “Iris” Family and Child Counselling Centre programme (partnership between the Municipality of Geroskipou and the Geroskipou Social Welfare Council)

1. The partnership between the Municipality of Geroskipou and the Geroskipou Social Welfare Council invites expressions of interest for the procurement of the services of a specialist coordinator for the operation of the “Iris” Family and Child Counselling Centre programme in Geroskipou. The Centre Coordinator will work a flexible weekly schedule totalling twenty (20) working hours, depending on the needs that arise.

This programme is funded by the Social Welfare Services of the Ministry of Labour and Social Insurance.

2. The required qualifications of the professional for this contract are:

4. Registration in the Register of Registered Psychologists of Cyprus
5. Licensed Counselling Psychologist
6. A valid Licence to Practise the Profession
7. Demonstrable two (2) years’ experience in matters relating to the provision of counselling support services and support for vulnerable groups

4.Tenders shall be submitted in accordance with the Terms of the Competition in a sealed envelope, clearly marked “Tender for the Procurement of the Services of a Specialist-Coordinator for the operation of the “Iris” Family and Child Counselling Centre programme in Geroskipou (partnership of the Municipality of Geroskipou – Geroskipou Multipurpose Community Centre) No. 29/2020, no later than 1.00 p.m., on 02/11/2020, into the Tender Box of the Municipality of Geroskipou (entrance of the Municipal Hall, Agia Paraskevi Square, P.O. Box 63015, Postal Code 8210, Geroskipou, tel. 26 962 324, fax. 26 961 247).

The Municipality of Geroskipou is accepting expressions of interest for the procurement of Secretarial Support services for the MPT – under a contract for services, in order to staff the Geroskipou Municipal Prevention Team (M.P.T.) for carrying out the prevention programmes it has undertaken on behalf of the Cyprus National Addictions Authority.

The professional will work flexible weekly hours totalling 20 working hours, depending on the needs that arise.

Contract Budget – Monthly Fee: For the Services it provides under the Agreement to be signed, the Municipality will pay the Contractor a fixed monthly fee of €500, including VAT.

Duration of Performance

The duration for performing the subject matter of the Contract is set at a period of 12 months from the date the Contract is signed.

Job Description:

• Completing applications
• Communicating and publicising the activities of the Geroskipou MPT to schools, organisations, etc.
• Handling correspondence
• Promoting the team’s activities online and in the local press
• Coordinating activities on site
• Assisting with the implementation of prevention programmes

The required qualifications of the professional for this Contract are:

1. Holder of a Lyceum or Technical School Leaving Certificate with an overall grade of 16+.
2. Proven relevant experience of two (2) years.
3. Holder of a recent Clean Criminal Record Certificate.
