The Municipality of Geroskipou was represented on 1^st December 2020 at an event held at the 11^th Primary School of Paphos on reducing plastic, as part of the school’s cooperation with the non-governmental organisation “Akti”.

As part of the event, the Mayor of Geroskipou Michalis Pavlides presented an award to a fourth-grade pupil, Lefkos Pasios, for his initiative in collecting a large quantity of bottle caps.
