AWARD OF SCHOLARSHIPS BY THE MUNICIPALITY OF GEROSKIPOU
The Municipality of Geroskipou, as part of its social contribution and with the primary aim of providing tangible support to students, is offering a number of scholarships and grants for the 2019-2020 academic year.
The main criteria for selecting scholarship recipients are:
- Resident of Geroskipou
- Exemplary conduct
- Clean criminal record
- Secondary school leaving certificate grade of 18.5/20 or higher.
- Completion of military service obligations prior to the submission of the application, or exemption or deferment.
- Certificate of year of study at universities in Cyprus, at higher education institutions in Greece or in another country.
- Maximum family income of €30,000 (father – mother).
- In the case of a large family (4 or more dependent children), the income limit is increased by €2,000 for each child. In the case of single-parent families and orphaned children, the maximum family income limit is €32,000.
- Attendance must be regular, continuous and not by distance learning.
