ANNOUNCEMENT OF ART COMPETITION (No. 40/2019)

“FOR THE CREATION OF 3 BUSTS OF HEROES IN THE CENTRAL SQUARE OF THE MUNICIPALITY”.

The Municipality of Geroskipou announces an art competition for the creation of 3 busts, measuring 35 cm deep x 45 cm wide x 75 cm high, made of good quality white Greek marble suitable for marble sculpture, representing the figures of the following heroes:

• Christos Konstantinidis 1920
• Antonis Antoniou 1974
• Michalis Chr. Kyprianou 1974.

The right to participate in the competition is open to artists who are members of the Chamber of Fine Arts (E.KA.TE.) and/or the International Association of Art – IAA Europe. Entries must compulsorily include 1:1 scale models of the three busts made of plaster or other material at the artist’s discretion, and must be delivered by Thursday 10/10/2019 at 13:00, to the Geroskipou Municipal Hall, in the central Square of Geroskipou.
