NOTICE PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 92^Α OF THE MUNICIPALITIES LAW

The owners of the properties on the following streets are hereby informed: Zoppos Park car park, Ag. Sergiou, Xanthis, Kerynias, Sotiri Papalazarou, Koloni area, Adonidos, Vasili Michailidi, Archiepiskopou Makariou, Koroivou, industrial area, Ag. Eirinis, Kyklaminou, Ag. Andreou, Petri Stefani, Isaak & Solomou, Ag. Pente, Rigainis, Andrea Tsielepou, Elpidos, Andrea Stylianou, Arch. Makariou (Kosmo Plast area), Stasinou, Diagorou, Griva Digeni, Loizou Nikolaou, within which abandoned vehicles/objects are located, that in accordance with Article 92^Α of the Municipalities Law, these vehicles, which have remained in the above private spaces for more than three weeks, have been characterized by the Municipal Council as abandoned and have passed into the possession of the Municipality.

In the event that these vehicles are not moved from the above spaces within four weeks from the date of the present notice, then the Municipal Council has the authority to dispose of them in accordance with the provisions of the applicable legislation.
