On 4 February 2021, a meeting took place in Nicosia between a delegation of the Municipality of Geroskipou and the Deputy Director of the CLDC, architect Charalambos Iakovou. The Municipality was represented by the Mayor of Geroskipou, M. Pavlides, and the Municipal Secretary, K. Anastasiades.

The subject of the discussion was the possible implementation of development plans by the CLDC in Geroskipou to meet the housing needs of young couples.
