The Mayor of Geroskipou Nikos Palios held a meeting today, 27 January 2025, with shopkeepers of the historic centre of Geroskipou, in the presence of the Deputy Mayor of Geroskipou Andreas Siikkis.

The meeting focused on the problems of Geroskipou Square and the surrounding area, the transformation of the image of the historic centre and its smooth operation.

The Mayor also provided an update on the projects being carried out or promoted by the Municipality with the aim of revitalising the historic centre and improving its attractiveness.

Finally, the Mayor told those present that the Municipality would be a supporter and would back small and medium-sized enterprises with whatever means and resources it has at its disposal, as well as through innovative initiatives. He also promised that dialogue with the professionals operating within the municipal boundaries would be institutionalised.
