CULTURAL AFFAIRS & PUBLIC RELATIONS SERVICES

The Cultural Service of the Municipality of Ierokipia is responsible for implementing the Municipality’s cultural policy and informing the public about the full range of activities of the local authority.

Responsibilities

  • Implements the Municipality’s cultural policy and informs the public about its activities
  • Undertakes the planning, organization, and implementation of cultural and other events
  • Manages matters relating to the protection and promotion of cultural heritage
  • Oversees the publications of the Municipality of Ierokipia
  • Is responsible for the management of the Municipal Library and the Municipal Art Gallery
  • Is in charge of the operation of the Municipality’s Children’s Choir
